Faction Change still pending

Ironic thing is I could write an angry letter mail it through snail mail and have the billing dept read it before this hypothetical faction change could happen according to the faq lol. Bet you they'll smack me with another ban again for being an uppity customer. Ah well can't curb customer behavior regarding satisfaction, the real world does not work that way. This reminds me of waiting in line at Walmart and having them replace my ice cream every time because the wait is long enough to melt it lol.

You needn't worry about receiving any sort of action for simply expressing your dissatisfaction with the wait time, Redshift. I completely understand your frustration and truly hope to see you back in game as soon as possible.

So far delays look to be for a few reasons, most of which really can't be helped.

There are a LOT of requests, so the line is a bit long.

Some are billing related, waiting for payment approval.

Just a few are standard things like active auctions, mails,etc. - but those normally give an error message instead of going into process.

They are keeping an eye on these, we certainly do appreciate everyone's patience. Hopefully as the backlog gets worked through these times will go down significantly. Faction changes are quite a bit more complex than say - a realm move. Each and every character going over has to be translated, most are high level with a LOT of character information to sift through, so it's going to take a bit of time.
