I'm having a mouse issue that I can't figure out how to resolve and the advice thus far hasn't been useful, seems to work find from home though. I'm no good with tech stuff.

Please understand that we try to keep a particular atmosphere here on the CSF, and display a certain persona on the account of our own personalities as well as a sort of face of Blizzard Entertainment as well. By you stating that we are ignoring a specific player, you are saying a lot about the representatives of Blizzard, and painting us in a negative light to our playerbase. Just as we would correct information that is not accurate in any other post, Vrak asked you to keep in mind the common definition of the words you use; not simply what they mean to you.
You would do well to heed our warnings in future, if you wish to continue posting here; Vrak gave you a fairly light warning, and throwing that back in his face is not appreciated.

This is still our posting grounds, Jasminè; and first and foremost, before this being an OT thread, the rules we ask you to abide by should come into play. Keep in mind that we allow the Off Topic thread here on the Customer Service forum, and that it is meant as a place where our regulars and newcomers alike can gather in a single place in hopes of promoting a positive and healthy community. By commenting directly about a Blizzard employee and inferring that the employee is ignoring them is a rather negative statement.
I asked you to keep that in mind when posting and you have been continually combative. I personally enjoy many of your posts and would love to see your posts continue. That is up to you though, whether or not the simple request I made is too much to ask.
I hope this issue can be dropped now, it is really a downer. O.o

As for me, really well, thanks! The Orange County street fair was this weekend. I was able to go Sunday night for a few hours, just long enough to get a funnel cake, some strawberry lemonade, and a few other tasty morsels; it was a really fun time that ended all too soon.
