Account Recovered - Blue Please?

I got my account Compromised,
Rang Billing and got it Back.


Send in Emails to

[email protected]

My account got permentally disabled.
I was a little confused..
I sent in another email explaining what happened.

Then I got a reply with all my stuff has been restored, Items, Gear, Gold etc.
Now all of a sudden my account is re-open.

One problem?
When I recovered the Account Via billing..
There must have been an Authenticator added on it when I got hacked,
They didn't remove it....

You'd need to call Billing back on that I'm afraid. They will be the only ones capable of removing this.

Billing should have done this when I called the first time.....


They are open for 12 hours, Nasuki. Perhaps call after work. Authenticators are not easy to remove, but if you are the legitimate account holder, it's doable.
