We are currently aware of an issue which is preventing players from logging into characters who have recently completed a Paid Character Transfer. If you are currently experiencing this issue, locate the issue you are experiencing below and follow the instructions beneath the appropriate heading.

If you have received an in-game mail stating that your Character Transfer was successful but are unable to see your character on the destination realm, please create a new character on the realm in question. This process should allow you to see your transferred character.
My character is locked!
If you have received an in-game mail stating that your Character Transfer was successful but are unable to access your character, please attempt to log into the Character Transfer status page (https://www.worldofwarcraft.com/account/character-transfer-status.html) and click the "unlock" button to regain access to your character.
My character is locked & I can't view the status page!
