Banned for taking MY items out of a guildbank

Unfortunately, the only way you can work this out is to email wowaccountadmin@blizzard.com .

These forums are monitored by the same type of GM that is in game to answer tickets, and also by some billing reps. They more then likely will be unable to assist you.

Unfortunately, considering that the account you're posting on does not match the account in question, I'm unable to divulge or discuss any specific information. I can however say that there does appear to be more to the story — and some disparate information provided herein as compared to your petitions — than we're being led to believe here.

However, should you wish to dispute the actions taken, you will need to discuss the matter with our Account Administration department. You can contact them at WoWAccountAdmin@Blizzard.com.

I originally locked this thread so that it did not get out of hand while I was providing my response. I will lock it again should there be any needless arguments.

Please don't post the account name. That is not what I meant.

The account you're currently posting on has no relation to the account in question. I am unable to discuss specifics of an issue with anyone other than the account owner; unfortunately, posting on a completely separate account does not allow me to do that.
