Silver Covenant -> Sunreavers Faction Change

Hello,

I recently purchased a Faction Change and have discovered upon logging into my new faction that I must re-do all of the Argent Tournament quests + Rep Grind for the additional dailies.

I had been exalted with Silver Covenant but now I am only Neutral with the Sun Reavers. I was informed from the FAQ that I would have all of my reputations transfered over to the new faction.

Please tell me this is an oversight that will be fixed. I don't want to start over from Aspirant rank.

Quests lines, achievements, and titles associated with the Argent Tournament will be reset following a Faction Change. This reset will affect one's reputation with Sunreavers or the Silver Covenant.

* Some reputations do not have an opposite-faction equivalent, and thus will not be included in a faction change. However, they will be restored at their previous levels if the character ever transfers back to their original faction.

Please note that neither Sunreavers nor the Silver Convenant are listed within the table provided.

I do sincerely apologize for any confusion this particular aspect of our service may have caused you, Inhaler. I can assure you, though, that each quest line, achievement, and titles is still available to your character and may be achieved through normal progression.
