Checking Faction Change Status

I am at work right now and cannot log into the game, but was wondering if there is anywhere else on the web (like a status check page) I can go to and see if the change was a success.

Also, are these faction changes automated on Blizzards side or does a real person have to approve each change? I'm assuming there won't be anyone working at the Blizz office this weekend so I'm hopping I won't be "stuck" until Tuesday :(
