Cancel Button.. for a Faction Change

So I tried to faction change my Shaman and I paid the $30. After I finalized it I accidentally clicked cancel. It canceled the change and it still charged me. I called Blizzard Billing and they said there was nothing they can do.

So now I wasted $30 and it won't let me go to Alliance even though I paid for this. Can I get a blue response to fix this? Either refund me or make me Alliance...THANKS!

I was unable to find any record of you contacting our Billing department since April, Turbocharge, are you certain you called us or perhaps you called your bank?

From what I could find out the transaction did not go through, the charge is not actually a charge but a hold of funds. That hold will returned to your card in 3-5 business days, depending on your banking establishment.
