Faction Change + Server Change?

Hiya, I heard that you could do both (server and faction change) for 30 dollars.
I was looking around the website and I could not find both for 30 dollars.
Was I lied to? Help me out please!

While you can re-customize and/or rename a character with a faction change, a realm change is not part of that particular package and would be a separate transaction.
