It's been 13 hours and 30 minutes since i done my faction change, i know there's a bunch of these topics but, wtf you doin?

Good morning, everyone.

I sincerely apologize for any delay you have experienced as a result of the Faction Change service. In the future, I strongly encourage each of you to review the "Things to know before you start" section of each of our paid services before attempting to purchase these services.

Should you feel uncomfortable with the possibility of waiting "up to several days" as is indicated in the Faction Change "things to know," I welcome you to cancel your Faction Change request while the wait times have been extended. This highly anticipated feature is experiencing heavy use in it's first week or service and is also resulting in players taking advantage of other paid services. Accordingly, wait times have been lengthened due to the shear number of players taking advantage of the offer.

Our automated process continues to process each and every request currently in queue. As always, we hope to see these completed as quickly as possible; however, it is important to remember that it can take up to several days for each transaction to be completed.

For those of you still having difficulties accessing the Faction Change transaction page (https://www.worldofwarcraft.com/account/faction-change-transactions.html):

Have you attempted to clear your browser's cache, cookies and temporary internet files?

If not, I encourage you to do so at this time as several players are reporting that they are able to successfully view the page after having done so. Should you continue to experience issues, please let me know so that I can notify the appropriate parties.
