Faction Change Ineligible

My apologies if there are already hundreds of threads about Faction Changes. I do realize that the service is extremely busy. However I have a concern regarding my transaction.

I recently ordered a faction change for the character I am posting on. My bank has temporarily placed the money to Blizzard on hold for when I finalize the transaction. However, when I check the transfer page right now, it states that the character is no longer eligible to be transfered.

My bank has already taken the money out of the account so the ineligibility isn't due to a declined transaction. I'm just wondering whether or not I could get any insight as to why I'm suddenly ineligible for a faction change.

If you already initiated the Faction Change on the character, then that would be why it is currently ineligible for a Faction Change.

It tells me that I have a pending Faction Change for Heishui, and that the funds have not been taken from my account so I can cancel it anytime. -_-.

Then you're good to go. You just need to wait for the system to process your request. =)
