Not at this time, Wevend; our Faction Change and Character Transfer services are separate and must be paid for individually. If you'd like to see us implement some sort of discounted rate or perhaps a combined Faction Change + Character Transfer service, please do not hesitate to post within our Suggestions Forum. We're very open to such feedback. :)
