Invalid UNUSED Gamecard

I bought my 60 day gamecard from the store.Came home.Put it in then it said : This game time key has already been used‚
please contact [email protected] for further assistance.

Ive not gotten a reply and ive read the description that as soon as ive scratched the card is spent but is there anyway i could get a valid one since mine doesnt work ? Do i return it to the store or do i have to get another one,which means i just spent money on a useless card.
