ToC Anub. Floor Respawn

So last night we had around 5sec of lag when attempting him, called it and did something else. Just went back to check if this bug is true, and the floor has respawned and the NPC is not there to start the even with the Lich King.

Also checking our 10man Heroic lockout aswell, and it has happened there also.

If there's any reports on this that I've missed, fill me in please. Also if you have anything to report, it will be much appreciated to make sure we can do the boss today :)
