I am a Chinese player, playing with my best friend on US realm Executus. The reason I play on US realm is that I am an enrolled MBA student of University of Rochester, and I'll go study in Rocheter, NY in late september.
In the past 3 weeks, we got suspended many times due to the same reason "Economy Exploitation". I do believe that you have some hidden rules discriminating against Chinese players!
Aug 21, I got 72 hours suspended and I appealed the action, but apparently your AA staff ignored it for a long time, until I wrote 3 more letters, on Aug 26 I got a reply without any explanations but a permanent ban!
I appealed again but AA always ignored this kind of emails... I posted a messege under the name of my friend Mher, FYI

Apparently that post worked, in 30 minutes I got a reply from AA,
Q u o t e:
"We understand your point of view and have thoroughly reviewed this issue. As a result, the account action has been removed from the account and all involved parties have been addressed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please note we will be crediting time lost due to the prior suspension and closure back to your account."
I got my account unblocked with a time lost compensation, I should be very happy, right? However, the nightmare never ends: yesterday, my friend and I got 72 hours suspended again, at the same time.
How many times I explained to you "I did not exploit"? You removed your action and appologized to me, meaning that your previous actions was totally WRONG! But why do you do the been-proved wrong action over and over again???
When I first started my play I consulted with a GM if Chinese players are permitted to play on US realms, he replied:
Q u o t e:
"Chinese IP's are not blocked on the US or Taiwan realms, but sometimes accounts using IPs are banned due to large amounts of exploiters or gold sellers using the network. It's possible for some personal accounts to get blocked as well (highly unlikely) is where this probably stems from. You will probably be fine and are welcome to create a US realm account, but you will need to purchase US client and expansions as these are totally different clients and realms then those used in China. Best of luck with whichever realms you decide to go with and please let us know if you have any further questions."
In my previous post, GM suggested I double-check my computer and network security. I did that and I'm sure that our computers and network is completely safe, and the thing that raised the red flag is not "compromised account". I know that many gold sellers come from China, in order to streamline the investigation work, Blizzard apply a hidden rule. I believe this is the criteria:
A, a Chinese IP address
B, active Auction House sales
If a player meets criteria A and B, he's dead. And it seems that Blizzard apply this routine check one time everyweek.
I won't blame your hidden rules because it does block some gold sellers, but at the same time you block many innocent Chinese players, such as me and my friend.
I sell enchanting scrolls on AH and my friend sells inscriptions. It is a very common activity that players sell goods for profit. So long as players don't sell gold for real money, AH is a free market and any in-game sales activities shouldn't be blamed.
I do believe that if we're not in Chinese ip range, we will be fine.
Now, I need a moderator's blue post to help me with this issue. I know I should contact AA and surely I did that, but I think this is a very serious issue: many innocent Chinese players may have encountered this problem and due to the lack of English proficiency they may not be able to contact AA or explain their view of point very well.
I suggest AA stop that unfair rule, or at least change it and make it more reasonable. Can you put me and my friend on the whitelist or something? Who knows if we get banned again next week? I am so frustrated now and I hate appeal so many times. Please do help me solve this problem once for ado, thank you.
