GM Phone Number?

I recently had my account stolen. Luckily I was able to get it back before TOO much damage was done however a number of my characters have gear missing. I sent in a ticket however they said that they were reffering me to a speacialist to handle my problem. It has been quite a few days and I have still not recieved a response. Obviously I cannot do anything worthwhile in the game without gear so you can understand my need to get a fairly quick response. I've tried the billing and account phone number however the only advice they gave was to put in another ticket which I think would just infalte the already bad situation. Does anyone know of a phone number where I could speak to somebody to talk about whether or not I am still in some sort of queue or if I have just thrown by the wayside?

The Game Master department does not have a phone number that you can contact us through; however, I went ahead and did a quick scan for your issue and it's still in queue to be addressed.

You have my apologies for any delays in receiving a response to your issue, but we are quite busy as of late and as such it can take sometime for us to be able to provide a full resolution for you.
