just want to know if i can get an estimate on when 4.0.6 will go live.

I'm sorry. As others have said, we tend not to share advance dates for these types of releases. We're still holding to "when it's ready". We've gotten a lot of great feedback on the PTR, however, and are getting closer to a release. It's just not yet. And yes, it will be a Tuesday.
