Game unplayable after last patch: LAG

I ve not changed my ISP nor my computer, yet now all BGS, TB, and pretty much doing anything anywhere I get disconnected and lagged out.....

I was disconnected over 30 times in one TB battle, or instance.

Its it just me or are any of you getting horrible lag today and yesterday?
