To the complainers......

We like to hear about our players' in-game experiences, even if they're not full of sunshine and double rainbows. We also like to hear ideas on how we might be able to make those experiences more enjoyable. That openness is a staple of this community and it's not something we're looking to stifle.

Complaining is okay. We don't expect everyone to agree with us 100% of the time. We do, however, ask that players post constructively whenever possible and abide by the Code of Conduct (http://us.battle.net/en/community/conduct) when providing feedback.
