"Improved Power Word: Shield now also increases the amount absorbed by an additional 15/30% when cast on oneself."

Please, put this back onto the ptr, or remove this from the patch notes. Every time I look at it it makes me want to cry.

My apologies. I missed the reversion of that change when updating the patch notes last week.
