Okay, real talk:

After I forwarded that thread to the Hacks team, they investigated it (as they always do). The vast majority of the reported players had already been banned. Some of them were banned over a month ago. There were a couple new reports, which have now been dealt with as well.

Note that screenshots are much, much harder for us to work with. We were able to track down a couple of the reports from the screenshots and take action there as well, but video evidence (which can even just be a VOD from a stream) is significantly more effective when reporting players.

Seriously. hacks@blizzard.com. It works.

Lore, seriously, thank you for FINALLY speaking to us after such a long time of silence.

Honestly, thank you for at least talking to us

Yeah, I haven't been able to spend nearly as much time on the forums as I'd like lately. There's this little thing called BlizzCon coming up soon, and we're running short a couple people on the WoW Community Team to boot. Have I mentioned we're hiring? :P
