Aditional instance issue.

i know this topic has come up many times but when will blizzard fix this issue...i pay a monthly fee and am getting tired of spending an hour trying to get into an instance that never comes...i play mostly on Trollbane and i have no issue but when i try to play on bloodhoof i wait to no avail..please blizzard, an update
