Was there something you needed assistance with, Lavanr? I'm not quite sure what your issue is exactly.

Not useless just very very slow. Like most customer service this is probably more an issue of blizzard's lack of willingness to dish out some extra gold for adequate coverage.

We're hiring. =)

I'll see what I can do to check, but what mace is missing? And it might take me a little while before I can check on it for you.

look the gms are worthless. they told my that was to long ago help me and give it. they showed it dropped. but they can't go on anyone more then a 2 weeks

You have my apologies that we were unable to assist because the issue was not reported immediately. Unfortunately, if an issue is not brought to our attention as quickly as possible it becomes extraordinarily difficult to verify and address them. As such, we require that issues are reported to us as quickly as possible in order for us to be able to assist with them.

If it was several weeks before you reported the issue to our staff, then it is regrettably unlikely that we would be able to assist.

ok let make this clear, i had room in all my bag for stuff. we down the boss. i roll 99 for mace. it showed i got mace in bag, i open the bag to put to my hand. it was not there. right then, i opened a ticket to gm. and i did not get anything from gm for 3weeks the ticket was opened. they told they see it dropped, but they can't more 2 weeks se how had it.

Now I'm just confused...

Our queue times are certainly not three weeks long at the present time. I'm not sure we have the story straight here...

I've been able to look into your issue, Lavanr and it would appear that the following things have transpired with your petition(s).

First, you have not provided any information regarding your issue in your petitions; they do not describe what issue you are having.

Second, you were constantly closing your petitions by opening new ones; this causes your petition to go to the end of the line and we are unable to address them.

And third, you included quite a bit of needless inappropriate language in them.

Please bear in mind that we are unable to assist you if you do not provide us with any information regarding your issue. Should you wish our staff to investigate any issue, you will want to make sure that you are very clear as to what the issue is, when it occurred and what you would like us to do for you.

I'm afraid that saying "help" or "now" is not enough information for us to be able to assist you thoroughly.

edit: to above poster, it was 5 days without /any/ response or escalation. Gooood times.

May I ask when this was? I am unaware of any period of time where our queues were that long (for non-escalated issues) and so I'm a bit wary of this time frame.

That question was directed at someone else, Lavanr.

And you may want to update your petition to include some actual information regarding the issue so that we can assist you.
