Stuck at connecting, Battle.net account

3 of my guildies in Ulduar all disconnected and are stuck at connecting.

Surprisingly, they all have battle.net accounts, coincidence? I don't believe so, a person who didn't have battle.net was able to log in just fine a few minutes ago.

Can we PLEASE get an update of some sorts?
