Trial of the Grand Crusader

Does only the raid leader have to have killed the 5 bosses in Trial of the Crusader to open up the Grand version, or it is an attunement for each person? My guild has people that can't come on Tuesdays but show up Wed and Thurs...are they (and me) gonna be screwed?

I'm not sure if anything changed, but the plan was to make it so as long as 1 person in the raid group had cleared the normal raid version (10 or 25 player), that person could talk to the NPC in the heroic 10- and 25 player dungeons and start the event.
