Unless you can think of some other reason to encourage not only the Horde to return to the Barrens(More specifically, Barrens Chat) but to solidly introduce the Alliance into the area as well.
Blizzard hates their playerbase.

Considering the barrens is being blown up and you will only see new changes and improvements that go along with it, as a player, I can't see how this is anything but good.
