I just spent over $100 to make a second account so i transfer a toon to it, and the darn transfer thing dosn't even work! I expect Blizzard to have stuff working, everything has been fine in the past, ticket responces or whatnot.. but to find out i just wasted a LOT of money for something that dosnt even wrk.. well i cant say I am happy about this at all... Thanks for wasting my money!

You've my apologies for any confusion, Deathlydruid. Our Paid Character Transfer service also underwent maintenance this Tuesday and so was unavailable for most of this morning and early afternoon. May I ask if you're continuing to receive any such errors at this time and, if so, what they say, specifically? :)

Sscw, if your transfer has remained pending for such a period of time, you may wish to contact our Billing & Account Services department so that the issue can be better looked into.

This is the most common reason on maintenance days, Vüzlo; however, given the intermittent reports of success, I'm definitely following up for surety. I don't have any more information for you at this time, but I will be certain to update you as soon as I can.

If you're willing to submit a petition (or email to [email protected]), an in-game representative will be happy to assist you in any way possible, Vüzlo. Just be sure to include the following information within:

- Character's name and realm
- Its level, race, and class
- Approximate date/time it was deleted
- Permission to use a limited restoration, if necessary

Also, if any items were removed from the character prior to its deletion, go ahead and note that, too. We should be able to fix you right up. :)

Apologies for my brief absence. :)

We're still looking into the availability of our Paid Character Transfer service and hope to have it up and running as quickly as possible. I realize this sounds a bit like the same tune, but our efforts haven't lessened in the least. As soon as I receive any more information for those of you awaiting a character transfer, I'll let you know.

Which character are you attempting to transfer, Sym? While the service may not be available at this time for you, I can perhaps help with the mailing issue. :)

Alright, Sym, your character should be set if you're able to get through our PCT process. We're still working on things currently, though, so you may still encounter difficulty.

But, your character's mailbox is empty for the moment, so thumbs up there. \o/

I will be keeping an eye out on this thread for you guys as we do want to get you the most up to date information.

The maintenance is still ongoing at this point so the paid services are still down for the moment, but we hope to have them available for you all as soon as possible.

I do apologize for the inconvenience. I have used the transfer service a lot and the anticipation build up when you want to get your character over to another realm with friends, or move your alt so you can begin running them through instances and level, can get to anyone. Hold on tight and we will do our best!
