So you bound my account to Bnet, WHY?

Strike 1 - balance issues, paladins lucklusters (TBC).

Strike 2 - lack of / too easy content on release.

Strike 3 - Because of some internal security issues you bound my account to a Bnet account and got my character hacked. Just in case some of you were wandering, if they had my User name and Pass, they didnt needed to bound my account to hack it, neither would they have touched only 1 of my characters.

Strike 4 - Customer support on week days only, dont know why i pay a 24hs, 7days a week service that can only be fixed at your convenience.

Strike 5 - Same as avobe but instance related.

I have cancelled my account in the past, but hey i thought now content, may be re-balance, may be i should give this thing another shot, well in the short span a week(since reactivation in case you were wondering) you have managed to convince me otherwise. If there is any chance that i continue to use your service, i need a solution to this YESTERDAY, and this HAS to include:
+Gear LOST.
+Honor Lost.
+Any kind of in game Currency lost.

So i would appreciate an answer from blizzard staff before tomorow afternoon, because if i have to come from work to fix this instead of relax enjoying it, after i get a hold of my account and remove my credit card information from there (by the way, i am not a law savy man, but i am preatty much sure that locking me out of a service and still charging me for it is kind of Illegal) i am clossing my and my brothers account. I dont live in a crystal ball, i know money wise you could care less, but i wont be talking to my friends and colleges good things about your service.

I believe you would want to post in the Suggestion Forum if you wish to provide feedback regarding the game, Kaimarll.

From your wording it sounds like you believe the security issue is with us. I can assure you it is not. These people gain access to accounts usually through one of two methods. They either trick you into picking up a program that gives them your log in information, they using phishing techniques to get you to send them that information.

I disagree. If they compromise an unmerged account that is one of the first things they do, they can change a good deal of the information while merging so the e-mail address and SQ/A is different. This makes it harder for you to recover the account without direct assistance from us.

There is also plenty that they do with an account that may have nothing to do with the characters already on the account.

The service is fine, Kaimarll, what isn't is your access to it. Our in-game support staff and Account Administration is here 24/7. It is only our Technical Support and Billing Department that is closed on the weekend. I am sorry for the inconvenience that this may cause you but we didn't put you in this situation.

This diatribe against us isn't helping the situation. We are happy to help you recover the account and repair the damage that has been done.

I'd recommend reviewing the following threads if you have not done so already.

Technically speaking, Kaimarll, you are incorrect. Please note that you are responsible for all activity that takes place on an account and that if a violation is found appropriate action can and will be taken. This includes locking the account, suspending or closing the account. That doesn't mean that we don't want to get you playing as soon as possible though.

Good luck, Kaimarll, if you have any specific questions that I may be able to answer please feel free to ask in a new thread. This one seems to have lost its usefulness long ago.

Please note that I will be unable to assist you with anything related to Billing or Account Administration.
