Subscription Refund

When renewing my account this time, I did so before installing the game client. I assumed it would run on this very old computer, but it simply doesn't. I lowered the resolution and all video settings and the game is simply unplayable. I purchased the 6 month subscription no more than 5 hours ago, and after installing the game and failing to play it, am wondering what my options are.

I can't the play the game and I'm stuck with an $80 charge... is there anything I can do? I'd even take a downgrade to a 1 month subscription to pay for my 5 hours used, but please someone help.
