So do we get our money back?

For all the time that the game can't be played during all of this "maintenance", do we get reimbursed? Because I am really getting tired of this. The least Blizzard could do is tell us what the hell they are doing for so long.

Occasional downtime, including maintenance periods, are factored into your subscription, Erech, so no, we do not provide reimbursement or compensation for necessary and announced maintenance periods.

If there is extended and unexpected downtime compensation may be provided, though that is not determined until after the ongoing issue has been resolved. This does not currently qualify.

If you feel that compensation is warranted you are welcome to post in the Suggestion Forum with that request. Those who make that determination can review your request there.

1) they could actually tell us what is going on

We give you as much information as we can, Erech, truthfully that really isn't information that we would release. Our systems and what we do with them are kept fairly close to the vest.

2) maybe they could try to have a maintenance day. Because it's not always on Tuesdays, and it's hardly ever on schedule.

It is always Tuesday actually. There are times when additional maintenance must be done and we try to keep it to a minimum but Maintenance day is Tuesday.

edited for politeness? lol.

I didn't like the wording, it came off as too aggressive. :D

But little basic 'we fixed this problem' simply to satisfy the customers, would not be unappreciated.

Except that what if what we are trying to do doesn't resolve a specific issue? What if the resolution that we are trying to implement doesn't help the situation at all, even though it was intended to. Then we have post after post of "GG Blizz, you said this was going to be fixed!".

I understand your point, Erech, but our experiences have shown us that announcing something doesn't necessarily reduce complaining, it normally accentuates it.
