Quite so! A lot of players aren't necessarily forum savvy, so it's not a real offense, unless a player chooses to take the opportunity to re-post or start trolling in force. We understand that people are frustrated and just want to play =).

That's an excellent question, and honestly - I'm not sure if you can change that type at all without submitting a new petition. A new petition would of course go back into the queue fresh. Not something I've ever tried to do :)
You could try it, if it allows that category to be changed on an edit, that really shouldn't affect anything.
