Folks, it appears that there may be intermittent issues around these two battlegroups, our technicians are tracking down the cause now.

I just received word that Emberstorm and Whirlwind are online and accepting players. If you are still having trouble connecting it may be related to the B.net connection issue that we are currently experiencing. Updates for that will be provided in the following thread.

Our technicians worked alongside our service provider to bring these realms back online as quickly as possible, and now the fruits of their labor are now visible. You will find that each realm affected by this issue is now online and accessible; please feel free to log in at your leisure.

I haven't even been in the office for an hour yet. In fact, I had just finished creating a lengthy post on the subject when I received the news that the realms were being brought back online.
