PAID CHARACTER TRANSFER FAILURE, need help~

Well…. this morning I found my char which transferred from Arthas(US) to Bathlias(oceanic) last night got banned, the system shows “You cannot log in until the character update process you recently initiated is complete.” and I have an email in box says my PAID CHARACTER TRANSFER WAS DECLINED. I check on my credit card, nothing wrong, it’s the same credit card I used to pay my wow account, and there is a $25 USD deduction from my credit card account. I also checked my account, didn’t found any password comprise neither.

Now I feel rly confused abt the transfer process, right after I confirmed my credit card info n sent in the application, I went to a shower for abt 10mins, when Im back I found my char already in the char list of Bathlias, I tried to log in, everything worked well. So I did some configuration to set up the UI mod, and gave 70gold to my friend, also lead him to shadowmoon (from thrallmar thru shatt), then I logged. And that’s it. Now, Im not sure if the transferring was done or not in that time, since I didn’t receive ANY warning/message or so…..and I wonder if any actions I took above will cause the failure too?

BTW, I used to play WoW in Australia but recently im having my Vacation in China (they blocked youtube n facebook but not WoW~lol) so the IP location may changed, not sure if this will cause the transfer failure too. I have sent an email to billing service already but I CANT contact them becoz the phone system here wont allow me to call thru 800, just wondering how long it will take to reach billing service by sending an email..

This does sound like a Billing issue, and would likely be far quicker to resolve by phone. Can you use a program like Skype to call? Might be an option for you. I'm afraid Billing is going to have to be the ones to answer this question.

You can email billing@blizzard.com - but that will likely take a bit longer. Have you checked your registered email, did they send you anything?

If you are using something like Skype, the international number is probably best. All those come here to the same offices in the US, it's just some areas have toll-free exchanges.

I have tried to use skype to call both aus service or international service, some how it got no tone from another side, im not sure if the connection is down by tele dept. or its a software problem etc.... guess I have to wait for my email feedback anyway....but i wonder if anyhing could be done to somehow accelerate the processing.
Also I have heard from my asian friend if I play wow with my aus acount in China I will got perma banned, is that true? Srsly I wanna know wat just happened to my paid char transfer and wat I can do to get my char back, I rly need it back this weekend.....anything i can do about it? (except making an international call with my mobile, that will be a rip off...)

Playing from China does not get you auto-banned.

As far as calling, Billing won't be open for about 6 hours yet, that may be why you are having an issue, but if it's Skype, not sure about that.
