Thank you, Hellsinger, we are aware of the authentication issue and hope to have it resolved as quickly as possible. I'll provide an update as soon as I receive one.

Where did you see that, Melbrooks? The only post I see regarding this matter in the Tech Support forums states that this is a known issue and it is being worked on.

Folks, I understand that this is a frustrating issue. Our Technicians are working on resolving the matter as quickly as possible.

Great, Umgawa, now that song is going to get stuck in my head. :P

It looks like the majority of the authentication issues have been resolved. It does appear that with everyone attempting to log in at the same time some may continue to experience a delay. Our technicians will continue to monitor.

If I receive any further information I will be certain to pass it along.
