@ GC, legendary drops biased towards melee?

There hasnt been a good legendary geared toward spell dps since the end of vanilla. Since then we have seen a legendary dual wielding set, a legendary bow, and a legendary healing mace, with an axe right around the corner. I think 3.3 should implement legendary tomes that would teach legendary versions of your spells, such as, tome of legendary fireball.
