I mean seriously, Ozzy tried to amp you up, Poor guy sprayed water at you, you still didn't seem interested. y Posers just still silently banged there heads, i mean god, Ozzy is the Prince of Darkness, and this is the thanks you give him?

Seriously, you guys are a piss poor audience crying "OH NOES HE GOT MY IPHONE WET"

If i was there i swear i would have started a moshpit.

Blizz, next time send a band less hardcore for this people who have never been to a heavy metal concert..

Also, heres the Youtube of it, i mean seriously, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rqRk0sVEAxA

Granted, I wasn't standing near the front, but that was the biggest-impact BlizzCon closing ceremony I've seen (and I've witnessed them all). Maybe it's hard to compare to Video Games Live. Even still, there were tens of thousands of people screaming and having a good time. Of course it's not going to be the same as an Ozzy concert. ;)

Yea but no howl. When ozzy tell you to howl you howl as loud as you can. When he says bark, you bark. You say bark as loud as you can.

Well my throat's scratchy and I howled and barked. Though maybe it is just from trying to direct attendees with questions to form lines in the intended directions and locations during panels. :p

Should've started a mosh pit.

It ain't Ozzy without somebody getting dropkicked.

On that note though, I've gotta say tonight was a BlizzCon first for crowd surfing. Now let's see if we can get some of that during the opening ceremony next time.

So Zar, I gotta ask bro. How many chicks did you "Hook up" (wink wink) with during blizzcon? My guess would be atleast 3..

Just one, my girlfriend who very generously supported me, stuck around from opening ceremony to closing ceremony, enjoyed all of the festivities and understood when I had work to do, all without even being much of a gamer.

Did you get soaked?

I was pretty far back. I had to wrap up several things before making it over for the closing ceremony.

Exactly. I was positively screaming at my monitor when he walked off stage before Crazy Train for him to get his ass back up there, and everyone that was actually there just milled around like brain dead cattle .. Ozzy himself had to actually start the chant for an encore ..

The feed through DIRECTV must've sounded very different then. I guess that's why some people are complaining about the audience reaction in this thread. Sorry, I'm tired and didn't notice.

Anyone who was at BlizzCon should be able to tell you people were screaming -- lighters or phones lighting the air -- chanting for an encore.

So much wasted breath in this thread.

I'm not sure if I'm pointing out irony here or being ironic for responding to it.
