While i understand that some issues may make fixing the instance servers, it would seem to me that this would be priority over any new content. We pay for a game that is playable and while issues are to be expected this one has been known for a while.
There has to be some sort of interim fix that you can do while you figure out how to fix it. Maybe a Queuing system like the battle grounds. Something that isn't the luck of the draw. I love this game and have meet many wonderful people here but the game as it is is virtually unplayable.
Many people do not have hours to spend to get into an instance and yet it seems that much of the best leveling gear comes from them. At times i spent an hour and a half running against the wall without any luck getting in.
