"Additional Instances cannot be launched"

The other night a few of us were trying to make a quick Kara run for the Mongoose drop. 4 80's shouldn't be a problem. We waited for nearly an hour and never even got in. It was mentioned by someone that Kara no longer had any priority since the new content. That is the basis for my question--

Why should ANY instance have priority over another given the limited number of instances that can be launched now? Is someone trying to get into say H UK paying more than me trying to get into Kara? How does that work exactly? Are there only 2 Kara's runs available at anytime but say 25 UK runs?

You can indeed play World of Warcraft, though I am sorry if your access to instances has been curtailed at all. Hyperbole neither serves our response to this issue, nor your request for compensation.

I am truly sorry if you've experienced any issues generating instances during the time you've alloted to play with us though. If you feel that this merits compensation, please express your desire for compensation on our Suggestions forum. Unfortunately, requests for compensation may not be fielded via this forum.

Please refrain from political commentary, Licidity, even if you believe it to be a humourous remark, subject matter like that is not necessary and tends to inflame issues.

If you actually review the posts that have been made regarding this matter you'd know that it is not a simple matter of throwing money at an issue.
