Blizzard Response Time - Blue Tracker

Hi, I used the web form in order to contest an account closure, and its been four days and there has been no response. Also, there has been no response from the specialist that my account had been referred to because the person who gained access to my account, deleted my main character. How long will it take? Im finally on break from work, and I thought I would be able to play WoW this week, but this issue has blocked my attempt to do so.

I do see your email, Greegh and it appears it was from the registered address. I may take a little while for Account Administration to get back to you. I'd keep an eye on your email over the next few days for further word on this. They really need to get that part sorted out first.

My email was not from this account, it was made from the account that had my main character deleted (Austerity on Korgath). Its a different account, I had to use this account to post on the forums because the other one is banned.

I saw that, Greegh. That one also has a different email address, which is how I found your correspondence.

We are tricksy like that :)
