Instances Resetting on Soft Resets?

I'm on Mok'Nathal, and today some of us noticed that the instances we were saved to last night all reset today. Same ID, but the bosses all respawned.

Apparently some people ran a 2nd 10 man, only to find that 30 minutes later after a soft rest it had reset once again.

So it's safe to assume all raids are resetting completely on soft resets.

Once again this creates an issue of whether people are taking advantage of this or if it's justified since it's a Blizz @#!!up.

I'm not sure what to tell my guild...it's pretty @#!!ed up.

I know these issues stem from the issues we had yesterday , as one of the extended maintenance servers that didn't get access to Twin Valks.
