Cross faction transfer question

The faction restrictions for PvP realms have been lifted in preparation for the Paid Character Faction Change service, Pyromantic. There was a bit of an issue with the Paid Character Transfer system when the restrictions were first lifted but those should be resolved now.

You should be able to transfer your character now and then switch its faction once the service is introduced.
