Undead paladin... a fallen paladin, now that makes sense
Orc paladin... The paladin Tirion's influence on orcs and Eitrigg, while saving Eitrigg, makes more sense as well.

Why worgen can be druids but not shaman? Dwarves being allowed to be shaman i agree is a fitting change GJ on that.

The stories in the game continue to progress and evolve over time. Just because something is true from the past doesn't mean it can't change.

I bet you get tired of having to say this so much

It only seems like a lot because all of us say it. Individually we don't have to worry about it too much.

Indeed.

And before the hue and cry about race/class combinations we haven't selected gets louder, I'll reiterate that while the lore does evolve and change, and some things that seemed unlikely before become likely, that does not mean all situations that fit the bill do so. We have a certain direction we're taking the story and the races, and currently the race/class combinations we have not selected do not fit into that story.

So where the hell are tauren rogues? Are you telling me out of thousand/million tauren, not even one could learn rogue ways?

The individual who was farthest along and had the best chance at teaching other Tauren how to be a rogue was Gamon... and we all know what keeps happening to him when he tries to progress.

Why do you guys respond to this thread...but not the one about forsaken paladins?
there is a huge following and would appreciate a little insight.

It would be an essential copy and paste of what I said in this one; it applies to all race/class combinations that have not been announced.

Still, to all the Blues out there, you still haven't told us about Gnome Paladins.

Technically, yes, I have. I will reiterate it yet again:

If the race/class combination is not in the Cataclysm lineup, it is not where we want to take the story at this time. I understand that many people have arguments against this and have found intriguing ways of promoting the feasibility of all these combinations, but with the announcement all races have a well-rounded class lineup and our choices are where we choose to take the races and the story.

This goes for every single race/class combination that is not in the game currently or announced for Cataclysm.
