Druid & Pally > All?

Is it just me, or are druid and pally tanks the easiest to play and best tanks in the game currently?

My druid friend has 36k hp unbuffed in hateful pvp / heroic / 10man raid gear. Not to mention his ~37% dodge.

What the F*CK is that bull. Im a war, sitting in full epics at 31k unbuffed hp and around 42 avoidance.

Even though I have a couple more %s in avoidance than him, his savage defense, uber high dodge, ridiculously high hp, and excess armor make me feel worthless.

Pallies are just easymode compared to warriors. Its like... warriors +10%.

Am I the only one who feels ripped off?

Q u o t e:
Yes druids and paladins > warriors and dks this patch, it's fairly common knowledge at this point.

I'm sorry, but a lot of these posts sound more like "I read in the forums that this is the case" and not "I have noticed a change in my tanking experience."

The kind of tanking changes that we made in 3.2 were not sweeping. Nobody gained or lost 20,000 health. If you are spending most of your time in 5-player content or the easier raid encounters, I'd honestly be surprised if you even noticed.

Now if you're doing hard modes or Algalon, it's a different story. We wouldn't have made the changes if we didn't think they would be noticeable. If you're on cutting-edge content, then even a few percentages might be noticeable or could even make the difference between success or failure. It's totally appropriate to discuss those situations in these forums. But when I see some of these "Man, I can't tank Nexus on my DK any more," or "Ulduar trash one-shotted me," I'm a bit suspicious.

That probably sounds harsher than I intended. My point is you have to consider the actual magnitude of the change and not just focus on "The community says paladins are better than warriors, therefore warriors should reroll."
