Q u o t e:
Admit it, Vrak, you put your character on a mount and RP that it's you as a centaur.
We all know it.
Q u o t e:
*KABLAM*
Q u o t e:
Hey Vrak, can I put you down as a reference?
Q u o t e:
You know me well enough, and Id really like for you to point it out when I do go out of line.

Hi boys!
Its going to be a rough few days, not sure if I will be posting or not for much longer... (or playing the game)
Real life pwns for the loss.
Remember to behave everyone!
Q u o t e:
Thanks man! =)
Hey Vrak, can I put you down as a reference?
>.>
<.<
Q u o t e:
I demand that the fact I can be a jerk sometimes be pointed out as well.
Q u o t e:
Reythur is fantastic
Q u o t e:
Have there been issues with my tone?
Q u o t e:
I demand that the fact I can be a jerk sometimes be pointed out as well.
Q u o t e:
Set your desk on fire. That'll lighten things up.
Q u o t e:
lol, you're fiesty tonight. Did you get a new set of batteries at Blizzcon?
Q u o t e:
BTW Vrak... You MUST (this is not an option) listen to Chess live from Royal Albert Hall, cast list is as follows:
Josh Groban as Anatoly
Idina Menzel as Florence
Adam Pascal as Freddie
Clarke Peters as Walter
Marti Pellow as Arbiter
Kerry Ellis as Svetlana
David Bedella as Molokov
Hearing Adam Pascal sing Pity the Child brought tears to my eyes!

And someone else paid for much of the trip, that always makes it good. :)
Q u o t e:
I was wondering why you wanted me to watch that... lol
Q u o t e:I'll be here friday, so that's totally not true...
Friday = freedom from tyrannical oppression!
Q u o t e:
And no Reythur my friend... You are not free on Friday.
Q u o t e:
You're sick because of the smog.
Happens to most people who come here.
Locals are used to it. >.<
Q u o t e:
What smog? O.o
Q u o t e:
Clearly you've never been in Southern!California!
On top of old Smoggy!
Q u o t e:
Check the edit for the link.
Q u o t e:
Been out here in July and August? :)
Q u o t e:
Has anyone read Arthas?
Q u o t e:

Yay!!
It's a date! <3
Er.... well.... sorta. A date with no actual... y'know.... date.
/giggle
Q u o t e:
When they make a hero fall, they make a hero fall. o.O
Q u o t e:
Bummer!
He was AWESOME!! <3
He really made the <incredibly way too long> contests so much better. Otherwise, it's just weirdos parading across stage.
I hope he sees and feels the love from elsewhere. :(
Q u o t e:
Indeed, he had me laughing the entire time.
Q u o t e:
You're like always laughing though. o.O
Q u o t e:
I like to laugh. :D
Q u o t e:
I think its great that even with the fact that every ticket has an unavailable wait time due to the number of tickets.....somehow GMs still find the time to avoid actual work by posing in OT threads rather than doing actual work
Q u o t e:
/giffs Vrak biggest piece
Q u o t e:
see and there I thought this was an OT thread where we are allowed to discuss OT things....guess the rules keep changing
Q u o t e:
Blizzard constantly declares that ticket response times are the result in shortened staff and a growing number of tickets, then with all the problems plaguing the servers they shorten their staff available and hours due to Blizzcon .
Q u o t e:
The image this puts out is they are more interested in gaining new money than actually servicing the customers that are already paying.
Q u o t e:
To compound this issue when you come to the CS forums to see if anyone may actually be getting a professional level of Customer Service, you notice that there are many posts with no Blue response at all, .....however the GMs have time to respond to an OT thread repeatedly
Q u o t e:
If all the posts received SOME kind of valid answer from a GM then I could see having the time to chat it up with players, however you are showing that the other posts you ignore are less important and do not deserve Blizzards attention
Q u o t e:
how many times to you go to a doctor and ask the other patients in the waiting room for their opinion on your ailment and then leave without actually hearing from the person you are paying to tell you whats wrong or how to fix it?
yes I know the doctors office analogy doesn't fit the same par because it would actually be about your health, but it still fits that you are expecting the people that are PAID to respond, its basic customer relations that seems to be lost in many business these days
Q u o t e:
owned by the hospital
Q u o t e:
Its like being on hold with your cell phone carrier for hours or days waiting for a rep, only to discover they are out back playing softball while on the clock
Q u o t e:
edited to add...this person waited and eventually bumped their own thread die to lack of response....how may ot replies were made by GMs durring this time lapse
Q u o t e:
so you're saying that when a customer has a problem with the game they pay for each month searches for a solution and sees a forum titled CUSTOMER SERVICE, then posts to get an answer.....should wait and let their irrelevant post slip off unanswered because they may be new to the forums and didn't read all the stickys ?
and that the 30 sec of forum posting is better spent in the OT thread than directing the customer to either their answer or simply telling them to review the sticky posts
Q u o t e:
Oh suuuuure, dont use a hockey reference.
Pfft, tennis...
Q u o t e:
Jousting is soooooo boring.
I've stopped doing the tournament because I can't stand it.
Q u o t e:
But it's because you can fly... NO FAIR!!!!
