Problems with flying in Azeroth

As most of us know, with the upcoming expansion, we shall be able to fly in the revamped old world. But this shall lead to certain problems.

I do not speak of flying over the currently undeveloped parts of Azeroth. I already know they're fixing everything up...

The true threat is that either faction will be capable of flying into the opposing faction's capital cities!
I'm quite sure you all are quite frightened by this horrific revelation, but it's not too late to prepare ourselves!

I propose a solution!

Automatic Goblin Rocket AA Turrets for all!

Make it happen, Blizz.

I am quite sure that the appropriate city defenses will be made available to the citizenry given the changing state of the world and relations between the Horde and Alliance.

Q u o t e:

Hey, Neth... Are there any plans to encourage players to use ground mounts at all?

Such as, you fly to a daily quest hub / resource gathering / farming area, but then go into underground or indoor areas where you're forced to not fly?

I ask this because, well, northrend has a whole lot of nothing. It's big, but it has to be due to the speed players can travel. Kalimdor and Eastern Kingdoms really is the last bastion of expansiveness left in the game.

I think that more details about any flying restrictions (if they are needed) will come at a later point in time. But, there isn't anything in Northrend or Outland that restricts you much on where you can fly as it is and from my understanding that will hold true in Azeroth proper.
