So i have a recruited friend who is level 20, and usually i level with him on my warlock who is level 22. Now, when we level like i just stated, both of us get triple exp. But yestarday i tried leveling my rogue with his mage, the former being level 32, and he did not receive triple exp. Is it because of the level difference? Or is it something entirely different?

Q u o t e:
Characters need to be 4 lvls or less apart to receive the triple exp.

Yes and no. :)

To expand:

Rule 1) Veteran and recruit character must partied and within 100 yards of one another
Rule 2) Mobs killed and quests completed must be marked neither "Low Level" nor gray in difficulty for either the veteran or the recruit character
Rule 3) Should one character be more than 4 levels higher than the other, only the lower level character will receive the experience boost. Rule 2 still applies.

If the quests being completed and mobs being killed were neither gray nor marked as "Low Level" for either you or your friend, your friend would still be eligible for triple experience. Alas, I fear, due to the level difference (22 and 32), your character would not.
