My WoW account was hacked, I changed the password as soon as I found out. Now whenever I try to log in I am required to put in a code from a Mobile authenticator.

Is there any way I (or blizzard) can remove this? Like sending blizzard the codes I used that came from the boxes (World of warcraft, TBC, WoTLK) or past prepaid time codes or something?

Thanks in advance!

Another note, I never downloaded any illegal hacking program/addon or typed in my user/PW on anything other than battle.net worldofwarcraft.com and the armory.

We don't assume that you have, Hythes. You may have picked up something while browsing wow related sites though. Or you could have responded to a phishing e-mail without realizing it.

Check out the following thread on computer security. If you have something on your system that may help you find it.

Contact our Billing Department during the week and once you have verified that you are the registered user on the account they should be able to help you regain access to the account.

You can call 1 (800) 592 5499 (1-800-59-BLIZZARD) Monday through Friday 8AM-8PM (PDT) for live representation.
Australian users should please call 1-800-041-378 if the standard 800 line does not work.

Once you have regained access check your character to see if any damage was done. Report any loss via an in-game petition and our Investigation Team will see what can be done to restore the items/gold/characters.
