Race Change?

So, I know the idea about a paid race change has been around for a while, but now with all the class/race combo changes I was wondering if this is actually becoming a possibility. I read a post about someone talking about race changes, and that made me wonder if there was any conformation on this happening. Anyone hear anything about this?

We haven't announced any specifics yet. We will have more information as we get closer to this feature's release date.
