[Resolved] Account Disabled

I'm extremely confused as my account was disabled overnight. The in-game login says it's temporarily disabled. The account management page says it's permanently disabled. Doesn't make much sense to me and I feel that I have been wronged possibly from some sort of accident.

I don't do anything obnoxious and I am the only user of my accounts and machines. Plus, I use an authenticator on my cell phone.

I did *not* receive anything via e-mail regarding a warning or reason for account disabling and I could not post on the forums to get a hint of what is going on. I created this trial account to see if I can get some information on what happened.

I play on a few realms so I'll list the one I play on the most:
Realm: Alleria
Character name: Minawa

Even worse than getting banned is not knowing what happened to cause this. Not cool at all. =\ Any information would be greatly helpful in resolving his issue! Thanks!

Edit: Waiting for account admin to get back to me would have put me ineligible for this week's raid. I went ahead and called Billing to unlock the account as it was not "banned". Most likely the GM misread my petition and thought I wanted to ban myself for being compromised. Hahaha... silly GM. One less customer who will be champion for Blizzard now. :P

Actually your account did, but you may not have access to the e-mail address currently registered to the account.

It looks like you have already reported the account as compromised, Wronged.

Now, you'll need to contact our Billing Department, they should be able to help you unmerge the account from the Battle.net account.

You can call 1 (800) 592 5499 (1-800-59-BLIZZARD) Monday through Friday 8AM-8PM (PDT) for live representation.
Australian users should please call 1-800-041-378 if the standard 800 line does not work.

I think I see what happened, Wronged.

I can't make any promises but you should be contacted fairly soon by Account Administration.
