To obtain the systems diagnostic files, follow the instructions below:
To obtain the DXDIAG file:
1. Press the Windows Key (the key with the Windows logo on your keyboard) + R (at the same time).
2. Type in DXDIAG and press Enter or click 'OK', this will open the DirectX diagnostic tool.
3. Click on the 'Save All Information' Button (save this file to your Windows desktop and name it dxdiag).
Now copy and paste the information to this thread.

1) Your video driver is a bit old, and there should be a newer one. I would suggest trying the newer driver at ATI first. However if that driver will not apply, you should check your manufacturer's site for a newer driver.
2) I would also suggest looking for any other updates your manufacturer has, particularly chipset drivers.
3) Laptops are prone to overheating, and I suspect this is most likely the culprit.
To check for overheating, you can download and run a program such as HWMonitor to monitor your hardware temperatures.
